Thomas B. Rowell was born on 13 Dec 1765 in Goffstown, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, son of Abraham Rowell and Elizabeth Eastman.
He married Lydia Hawes. Their daughter was Lucy Rowell who married John Leavitt.
He died 22 Dec 1865.
